Observer Applications

If you desire to be considered for Alaska Groundfish, Alaska Crab, Alaska Scallop, Hawaii, West Coast Groundfish or East Coast Observer positions please see the information below.

Please complete the Online Application Form and check the box that corresponds with your program of choice. To save your application for completion at another time, you must sign up for a user name and password. If you do not create a user name, we highly recommend printing a copy for your records. *Note: If filling out multiple forms, you must use different usernames for each form (passwords can remain the same).

All applications must have college or university transcripts (official or unofficial) uploaded. Please make certain that your transcripts indicate your name and that your degree is conferred. In addition to the your transcript(s), please upload your resume at the bottom of the online application. Please limit your resume to two pages.

Alaska Marine Mammal Observer Position

Saltwater is currently accepting applications for the Marine Mammal Observer Program. Previous experience as an observer is required for this position.
